I approach each client where they are and therefore do not take the one-size-fits-all approach. My work surrounds increasing effective communication, increasing self esteem, increasing emotional maturity, learning how to forgive, and rebuilding trust in relationships. I accomplish those goals using emotionally focused therapy, psychoeducation, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
